  • ✅Bookings are confirmed once details (and deposit if required) are received.
  • ✅Please give us 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • ✅Payment is due on the day of your move.
  • ✅We take care with your belongings, but we recommend removal insurance.
  • ✅Let us know about heavy, fragile, or unusual items before moving day.
  • ✅Hazardous or unsafe items (like gas bottles, fuel, or chemicals) can’t be moved.

  1. Bookings & Payments
  • A booking is confirmed once we receive your details and (if required) a deposit.
  • Payment is due on the day of your move unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
  • We accept payment by cash or direct transfer into our account
  1. Cancellations & Changes
  • Please give us at least 48 hours’ noticeif you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may attract a cancellation fee.
  • If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to issues outside our control (e.g., no access, unsafe conditions), a call-out fee may apply.
  1. What’s Included in Our Service
  • Safe loading, transport, and unloading of your belongings.
  • Professional care from our team throughout your move.
  • Standard equipment such as trolleys, blankets, and straps.
  • Insurance
  1. What’s Not Included (Unless agreed)
  • Packing or unpacking of items.
  • Moving items that are unsafe, illegal, or hazardous (e.g., fuel, gas bottles, chemicals).
  1. Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure items are packed securely and ready to move.
  • Let us know in advance about any heavy, fragile, or unusual items (like pianos or safes).
  • Make sure there is clear access to the property and arrange parking where possible.
  1. Damage & Insurance
  • Our team takes great care with your belongings, but accidents can happen.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that were not properly packed or that were already fragile.
  • YOU MUST REPORT ANY DAMAGE BEFORE COMPLETION:As the existing condition of the goods are subject to verbal agreement, you MUST inspect all the goods as they are unloaded or relocated AND any damage considered to be caused by us MUST be listed on our job sheet.
  • Option to Repair:Where we elect to repair any Damaged Goods, the repair will be made as near the condition prior to the damage occurring and will strictly be limited to the affected area of the damage only. Any repairs will be undertaken by the skilful repairer of our selection, and you must make the Damaged Goods available to us to undertake the repair.
  • Option to Replace:Where we elect to replace the Damaged Goods, the replacement will be as near to the condition the Goods were in prior to the damage. For the avoidance of any doubt, any damaged used Goods are not required to be replaced by new goods.
  • Glass, Stone items:Items of glass/mirrors, this includes picture glass, tabletops & glass cabinets. Stone, including marble, granite, composite or similar items. We will take extra care and precautions while moving these items if they can be safely moved, however, we do not provide coverage for these items under our insurance (T&C Apply) because of their extremely fragile nature.
  • SETS:Where an item is part of a pair, set, suite or collection of items, repair or compensation shall extend only to the proportionate part of the pair, set, suite or collection of items, regardless of any special value the damaged or lost part may have as part of such pair, set, suite or collection of items
  1. Delays
  • We’ll do our best to arrive on time, but please understand that traffic, weather, or unexpected delays may occur. We’ll keep you updated if this happens.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
